Women in Technology Queensland Awards 2024

For the last 27 years, The WiT Awards have been recognising the incredible talents, outstanding achievements and the impact of every-day contributions made by change-making Queensland women in STEM who are creating or positively shaping technologically driven innovations, solutions, services, research advancements, educational or community initiatives across various industries to:

• benefit Queenslanders;
• enhance our communities;
• strengthen local businesses and industries;
• create a healthier, more sustainable Queensland OR
• protect our natural world.

These dedicated women are not only making remarkable contributions to their workplaces and industries but also inspiring their peers and the next generation, especially women, girls, and underrepresented groups. Their impact extends beyond STEM, creating positive ripples toward a more equitable and prosperous future for all.

For 2024 WiT awards our theme is ‘lift each other up.’

When we lift each other up, we create a ripple effect of empowerment. By supporting and empowering fellow women to succeed, we cultivate thriving workplaces where everyone can flourish. Together, we build a brighter future for women in our workplaces and beyond.
